The girls enjoyed a picnic on the pad. The lot has been graded and the pad is officially in place. We hit some major rocks and lava cap in the grading process, but with the help of some very large equipment, we were able to finish cutting out the lot . It is so exciting to actually see dirt being moved and the land prepared for what will be the "Bangs Pad."
